Our Return Policy
The House of Tatouage has a 30 day return policy on most designs unless they are designated as Retired. If a design is not able to be returned it will be listed in the item description online or on the category page where the item is listed which is able to be viewed prior to ordering. You will need to call us or email us when you want to return your order to receive an RA # for your return. If your order is returned without following this process, you will not be able to receive full credit for your return minus the shipping. Then simply return them within 30 days of purchase in new, undamaged condition and in original packaging and we will refund your credit card on most items,(*except for Wallpaper Murals- see below) for the full amount of your purchase, less shipping. To expedite the issuing of your return, we ask that you please return a copy of your original packing slip with a note for the reason for the return along with the RA# you received from us when contacted about your return. If you do not have a copy of your original packing slip, please include a note with your reason for return and contact information. Returns received after 30 days from purchase will not be issued a refund.
(*Please note that wallpaper murals are able to returned with an RA number only as well as the mural being returned unopened and in new undamaged condition. A 30% restocking fee will be charged on those wallpaper mural returns.)
The House of Tatouage, LLC will refund return shipping costs only when the return is a result of an error on our part (i.e. wrong product received or you received a defective product).

The House of Tatouage, LLC cannot be held responsible for lost items or items damaged during shipping when returned to us. To guarantee our receipt of your package, please make sure to track your package with your choice of shipping company as well as purchase insurance for the value of the item incase of damage or loss.

Items not received or lost in shipping - if your order has not been received for some reason, please contact us within 30 days of the order date in order to recover any insurance fees paid on shipment. If we are not contacted within 30 days of the order, and are unaware you didn't receive your order, we will not be able to replace it at our cost.
